5 Practices for Radical Self-Care in the Age of Chronic Overwhelm

Feeling stressed and overwhelmed, without any sign or hope of it letting up?

This is the age of never-enough, go-go-go, always more to do/learn/become/fix/improve upon.  If you're feeling chronically overwhelmed and desperately without the inner resources to match your ever-growing to-do list, you're not alone.

Join Jeena Cho and Marina Smerling -- two attorneys who have chosen, stumbled upon, and recommitted to the path of radical self-care -- for this free teleclass.  They'll share five tried-and-true tips from the practices of Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, and meditation to help you nurture and care for your peace of mind, health, and well-being today, without waiting for your never-ending to-do list to disappear.

We'll discuss the root causes of incessant busyness and offer practical tips for breaking the cycle.

This teleseminar will be experiential with opportunities to experience tapping into your inner calm. You'll leave the workshop with your own radical self-care plan!

Jeena Cho is a bankruptcy attorney who teaches mindfulness and meditation to lawyers.  She regularly speaks and writes about wellness, self-care and mindfulness.
